Phuket, 12 January, 2016 – Newly-established Wabi Sabi Boutique Hotels Group has scheduled to open its first property in Thailand, the 38-room Wabi Sabi Boutique Hotel Kamala Phuket, on 15 January 2016.
Offering 38 all-suite accommodation ranging from 50m² up to 110m² in nine categories, Wabi Sabi Boutique Hotel Kamala Phuket is nestled on Kamala Beach, with stunning views of Kamala Bay and the Kamala Hills. All its suites features aesthetics and elegance design alongside modern luxuries including flat screen TV, wireless internet access, in-room safe deposit box, crisp linen, coffee machine, tea boxes selection and a full range of amenities.
On top of adopting a smoke-free approach, the hotel also takes measures to be environmentally-conscious, using water preservation and recycling programs, as well as energy-saving lighting designs. To ensure its positioning as an eco-friendly hotel, the total amount of energy the hotel consumes, from staff commutes to food and beverage delivery to the energy used by each guest, will be tracked to calculate its carbon footprint.
The hotel is also in the process of introducing health-conscious services, such as, tai chi and yoga classes, detox programme, Thai cooking classes, organic herbs and garden farms, and basic Thai lessons. In addition, a wellness spa on the rooftop is being design for its second-phase development.
Phuket-based Wabi-Sabi Boutique Hotels Group is a new boutique hotel and resort company founded and created by Thai entrepreneurs and retired high-ranking government officer, Mrs. Wanchalee Kanchana Chongkol and Mr. Punyaa Tankittivanikul. The hotel company is by a hospitality veteran Mr. Azuan Noordin.
